We offer a wide range of services for our visitors and strive to provide an excellent experience for everyone attending Dark Harbor.
Arrival & Parking
A limited amount of accessible parking is located on-site at the Queen Mary near the event entrance for visitors who have a valid disabled person plate or placard. Please ask a member of our staff for assistance at the main parking gates when you arrive and they will direct you to the accessible parking spaces.
All parking at Dark Harbor is paid. Those in need of accessible parking must have a General Parking Pass. Purchase your general parking pass online now and save $5! Only one parking pass is needed per vehicle, regardless of the number of people in the vehicle.
We recommend purchasing parking in advance and arriving one hour earlier than the entry time listed on your ticket to allow time for traffic and parking.
Additionally, there is a drop off / pick up zone located near the event entrance. This zone is for active loading and unloading only. No cars or buses will be permitted to wait in this area.
Climate
Since most of the festival is not climate controlled, we recommend checking the forecast on the day of your visit to prepare appropriately for the weather. Sandals, flip-flops, open-toed shoes and high heels are strongly discouraged.
Terrain & Walking Surfaces
Dark Harbor has both indoor and outdoor spaces for guests to explore. The outdoor spaces are mostly blacktop, with occasional wood chipped areas. Inside the ship the floors are concrete. Due to the historic nature of the property, both inside and outside, terrain can occasionally be uneven.
All mazes and experiences in the Harbor except for Anchor Axe are accessible. Due to the historic nature of the ship; the Observation Deck, Feast and Lullaby are not accessible; however, our staff at the entrances to these experiences are available to assist guests will mobility disabilities with alternate experiences.
